- The support package includes twenty-five incidents/queries, a combination of questions/queries is treated as multiple support requests.

Note: Each incident is allocated 15 minutes of support time and these incidents relate to XML or the EUDAMED application. Issues that take a long time may incur additional charges or may be considered as more than one of the twenty-five package incidents. If the incident is considered to require additional time you will be informed of a time estimate before we proceed. Any support requests exceeding twenty-five will result in additional charges.
